A bit History of Margarita in
Many Versions
As with
other drinks menu, margarita also has a historical record. Drink that
much-loved woman was discovered in Mexico in 1941. Margarita is made
directly by a bartender named Don Carlos Orozco. This drink became famous
because of a German ambassador's daughter, Margarita Henkel, who lives in
Rancho Hamilton. Initially, the bartender offered a drink to Margarita Henkel.
He mixes tequila, orange liqueur, and lemon. Then add ice. The preferred drink
margaritas, and bears his name until now.
There
are many stories about who invented the margarita. Here is the story most often
heard from the creator of the margarita cocktail.Barkeeper "Willie"
from Mexico City, in 1934, working on the family
Melguizo, states that Marguerite Hemery lived in the Rio
Grande Valley since
1930 and often went to a restaurant in Matamoros
called Los Dos Republica. He's friends with the owner of the restaurant, and,
according to stories circulating, bartenders creating special drinks for him.
Danny Negrete, in 1936, mentions that the ratio used for the margarita is:
01:01:01 (33 percent tequila, triple sec 33 percent, 33 percent of fresh lime
juice). According to Salvador Negrete, the son of Daniel Negrete, Daniel and
his brother, David, opened the bar at the Hotel Garcia Crispo. The day before
the wedding David, Daniel presents a margarita as a wedding present to
Margarita, sister-in-law. The Margarita is a combination of 1/3 triple sec, 1/3
tequilla, and third squeezed Mexican lime. Drinks are not served with ice
blended, but with crushed ice by hand.

Damiana (cointreau used now) and lime juice served with lots of ice in a glass
frame with salt for Margarita Henkel, the daughter of German ambassador to Mexico, in
Hussonng's Cantina.

Two
creative drinks that use basic ingredients successfully margarita drinks made
with masculine and feminine touches in the manner intended, respectively, the
Men From Mars and Women From Venus.
Ingredients:
Men From Mars1/2 cup St. Germain Elder flower Liqueur 1 cup lime juice 1/2 cup
syrup 1 cup light beer Women From Venus 1/2 cup St. Germain Elder flower
Liqueur1 cup lime juice 1/2 cup syrup 1 cup red wine
Production Method:
Men
From Mars Combine all ingredients in a blender and give a little ice cube.
Whisk briefly until evenly mixed. Prepare the serving glasses, and put some ice
cubes. Pour in serving glasses beverages, and enter a light beer at the top.
Give a lime wedge garnish as a finishing touch. Women From Venus Combine all
ingredients in a blender, and give a little ice cube. Whisk briefly until
evenly mixed. Prepare the serving glasses, and put some ice cubes. Pour in
serving glasses and drink red wine insert at the top. Give a lime wedge garnish
as a finishing touch.
