Every week in the swiss cafe definitely held a briefing, this is one example of a briefing for the buffet in swiss cafe on April 12, 2013. Chef Eko lead the briefing in the afternoon with the entire staff of the food and beverage.
In the briefing there are evaluations of all the material that has been given. Chef Eko creates an atmosphere briefing serious but still fun, so that all staff feel relaxed and not get bored.
